Form a 1" ball. Form ball into a cone shape, 3/4" W x 1-1/2" H. Use the scissors to cut 5 petals about half way down
Insert smaller end of the tool into the middle of the flower. Use the tool to flatten each petal. Shape each petal as desired and spread out in a floral design.
